Well, I retired earlier this year as a LEO. For over half of my career I carried an agency supplied Glock 22. I didn't care for it at first but I learned to accept it as a great tool for the job. I could shoot it well, easy to maintain and reliable. I was lucky in that the city presented it to me on my retirement.

I just started a job as a part time Deputy. I have the option of carrying anything I want, within reason. I'll keep carrying a Glock 22.
