Not even a possibility. If you have a stock pile of ammo, you're going to be fine. They wont even be able to get an AWB thru the senate let alone the house. There are plenty of good reasons to have a big stash of 22. Say this entire thing falls apart. Money is not any good, but 22 bullets are pretty good to barter with if you need to kill a squirrel to feed your family. Especially to guys that dont have any.
