Had a recoil operated Model 300 Ithaca 12 ga. That beast looked like door knob off a Chinese brothel with all of the bling on it and would loosen your fillings with low brass shells.
Got it in a trade and quickly unloaded it due to the nasty kick.
Sounded like an old cash register drawer closing when it cycled and the barrel would ring when you flicked it with your fingernail.
Too shiny and too noisy.
