This seems like a prudent place to check. I'm working up my first 44 mag load. 23.3 grains of Win 296 behind a 240 gr Hornady. I've double checked and verified everything on my end, so I figure it couldn't hurt for a visual inspection of one my cases. They come out roughly 3/4 full. Look right?
