im not a leo but i do have a kevlar vest. it sits next to my bed just in case somethin goes bump in the night

. i have worn it and it is very uncomfortable, i wouldnt want to wear it all the time but since your used to it and if it gives you a sound mind then go for it! who knows it might save your life sometime

or you could be hot and sweaty your whole life
