Hi everybody. Just a quick post to say hi and introduce myself. I used to shoot competition in high school. We had a USMC JROTC program at my high school in GA, and I was a member of the rifle marksmanship team there for 4 years (Captain my senior year, go Bulldogs!). 20 years later, I find myself newly relocated to Cincinnati Ohio and itching to get back into the sport.

I think I have found a club with a range nearby (going tomorrow to observe a 22 light rifle match), and look forward to having the satisfaction with shooting I enjoyed in high school. Not sure what exact class we shot back then, we used .22 with iron sights, adjustable cheek, hook but plates, and full shooting jackets, slings and mitts. Shot a combination of 3 and 4 position matches, and also some .177 pellet. Looking back, it was a different time when you could have a range on school property (located under bleachers of football stadium).

Anyway, Hi again, and I look forward to any advice or comments
