Well I've recently decided to do a couple modifications to my old Ruger. First off, how old do I have to be to apply for a tax stamp (i'm only 18). Secondly is there any company that can't thread the barrel? And last what is a good brand of suppressor and price. Please understand that I am pretty new to firearms and a stranger to any NFA laws.
