You would be hard pressed to find a production revolver made that can out perform dan wesson revolvers. 1500plus for a pistol pack is high unless a maxed out kit in a super mag from those that I have seen . 1000 dollars would be a strong price for very nice PP's. Single blued revolver s in good shape sell for 400 and SS models 500 to 600 it seems but certain super mags can go for 800+.

Just spend some time the danwessonforum in the arcives and history learning a bit more about each model. Monson Mass. made pistols tend to be a favorite for many of us.

I bought my first DW , a 15-2 357mag in 1976 and now have a 22lr, another 357 and a 44. I have passed on several find super mags in the last year for 800.
