The Gameseeker II offers the precision plex reticle as an option, while the Gameseeker does not.

At least that is to the best of my recollection and a short google search. I bought the gameseeker II recently with the precision plex and I really love the scope. It is extremely clear even at dusk light and seems to have excellent adjustments.

Right now it is the 2nd favorite scope I own and only cost about $98 from Cameraland of NY. I suggest you check out their website as they carry many Pentax scopes.
