I have a DM-101 also, that fires sometimes. Like, one trigger pull fires, second one doesn't, third one doesn't (because that barrel already fired), fourth pull fires the second barrel. Based on this thread (Thanks!), I'm going to open it up and have a look. Wondering if anyone has a suggestion for most likely cause?
