Not at any of my three local WWs. When they appeared, I bought, but it was (and still is) a catch as catch can deal.
Fortunately, I had been buying some for a while prior, so I never ran out. But as of today, I haven't seen any Federal 550-round packs in three or so months.
On the plus side, I have been reloading .45acp for the last two years or so. So my demand for .22 has diminished.
