So much sprawl going on in that area, makes me glad, and my in-laws envious, of Casa De Gator!
Anyway glad you had a better experience, Gator is the one off of Waldo Rd, behind the airport, right? The old Police Academy used to be back there also. Always got a kick out of seeing automatic weapons (academy range) and low flying aircraft in such close proximity!
