Couple days ago I came across one crimped case while priming a batch. I grabbed the nearest bladed tool: pruners - a couple of twists and the primer went right in. I have used knives, screw drivers, etc. I have the RCBS tool but only like to use it for 500 or more at one time. Best bet is to buy processed brass,
