Where would I go to find information about Sub-Sonic 223 ammo.\

I am an experienced ammo manufacturer. So I would have no problem assembling my own. But I would like a starting point.

I assume that my AR would become a single shot.

But it did cycle 22lr (Mini-Mags) with the conversion I have.

My wife thinks it should be her house gun after shooting it. She seldom shoots anything but enjoyed the suppressed AR.
