Emcon, a fella that uses the 6.5-06 told me to use the .270 brass because its less taxing on the brass to size down than up. And so thatd what I used.
I bought a bag of Winchester .270 and necked it down and trimmed over a 1/16 from them to 2.484.
I also use the 25-06 for deer and coyotes and dont want my good 25-06 brass getting mixed up...with my luck thats what would happen...
