I use car wax, I can never find Johnson's so whatever I can find. To about an ounce of wax I add a short squirt of White Lithium Grease. I mix & shake them up in paper cups and let them sit overnight. Only used for 150 light 357 loads. No lead in bbl yet. Sorry, I don't use exact measurements.
