Wow, I must have woke up in the wrong space/time continuum because for once, I'm not going to recommend a faster powder lol

I'm not a big fan of 160g (or weights thereabouts) bullets for 45. But hey, you got a bunch of them and want to shoot them - can't fault you for that.

Probably redundant at this point, but your W231 (HP-38 - they're the same powder) will work just fine. If it were me, I'd start somewhere over 5.0g's. I know that only because that's my recipe for 200g LSWC's. So I know it's going to be a little more than that. And it would seem others feel the same.
