Carry them to a gun show and try to sell them.

Those 8 round clips sound like M-1 Garand blanks. Do they have a lacquered red wad in the end of the cartridge case? If so, they are the M1909 blanks IF I recall correctly.

They were loaded in empty, once fired, cartridge cases shipped back to the arsenal from army rifle ranges.
