He ALMOST outshot me. I went 190-3x, so he did out "X" me.

He/we weren't completely unprepared. He'd shot the rifle before at 100 for group. We'd shot all last summer of and on and this spring too with a Savage 93TR set up as an F-T/R rifle for practice on the back yard range.

The kid did beat me on an IDPA stage the week before. My excuse, was I had a failure to fire. Truth is, he moved and shot darn well better than I did.

Won't be long, he'll be outshooting me regularly, I'm pretty sure.
