The Lyman Cast Bullet Manual third edition lists both.
For the Unique they start with 4.0 grains and go to the same max of 5.7 grains.
For Winchester 231 they start at 3.4 grains to a max of 5.1 grains. They also show a load of 5.4 grains for a +P load with the 231.
