Hi guys, I'm shooter22 and new to you fine site. I have reloaded with 4831sc for a couple years and I think it is very temp. tolorent. It is a slow buring powder and would ignite more effeciently with the mag primer. I hope this helps. I shoot in all kinds of temps, really cold days and then hot a few days later.
