Could someone tell me about 1200 stocks? We had one that I used to have come home after sitting in a guys closet for 17 years. Needs a new stock is all. My understanding is that 1200 & 1300 stocks are the same but when I ordered a replacement it wasn't right.

My stock is flat where it meets the receiver (ala 870ish) but the replacement that showed up is kind of V shaped. Everyone I've asked has said that the stocks did not change.
