IMO the Kimber is a superior gun. Conversely and again IMO, the Taurus is the better buy/value. In essence, if money were no option, I go with the Kimber and the Taurus if I am looking to maximize my value on a more frugal-like budget (which unfortunaly seems to be the case 'in-my-neck-of-the-woods
).
