Absolutely concur with the above.
But having said that, my Mossberg Turkey gun with super full is clearly an order of magnitude in "tightness" over regular full choke. Can't remember any measurements (if I took any), but it was obvious. I think you'd want superfull, regardless of your load or range (but personal results may vary)
