On the other hand.....I sent in a 5-0-5 scale because I disassembled it to try to clean it and it never worked right again. Asked to just have mine repaired, I would pay for the service no problem. I had a new one sent to me from OHAUS scale company free of charge. That scale was every bit 20 years old. Good customer service to me!
