The Answer!

I had the same problem with my PiggyBack II from RCBS.
I called their Customer Service and they sent me a special
tool that they have.
It is sort of like a Spark Plug Wrench
Deep and thin walled.
With a lever hinged into the top
So you can crank it.
It works PERFECTLY......
