comn-cents, which of the following does not make somebody uncomfortable?

1) a gay couple kissing in public;

2) a couple teenagers in long black trenchcoats;

3) a group of unsmiling bikers;

4) mimes;

5) a legal open carrier?

Of those, are there any other than the legal, open carrier that you think a LEO should arbitrarily stop, then detain while denying he was, in fact, detaining them?

My guess would be, no.
