Very likely true. I'm taking a couple of kids to the range to burn up some ammo this weekend (a commitment made prior to the panic) but I'm doing less of that this year as long as current conditions exist.
My recent purchase of 7K primers was a little larger than normal in an effort to dilute the darned hazmat fee. I was down to 1K standard pistol primers.
