Really, thats interesting. I was pretty sure everyone would go down from the two. Every instance "I" have seen examples of the people drop when it looks like both barbs hook in. Im no expert on tasers so I can definitley see this happening. That was a bit of a bold statement lol, should have phrased it differently.
