I am not sure if they transfer over or not. All I know is it has a five year warranty, but you have to send it in, you can't have a regular gunsmith do it and get reimbursed. I am pretty damn sore about this whole issue. I get a sick feeling in my belly everytime I think about my gun. It took a year of working overtime and a lot of begging from my wife to get it. Now this coming weekend I am going to hunt with a 150 dollar mossberg and shoot alot more birds because I will get three shots for sure. I wish my Benelli was that dependable.
