See your comment about mental illness and drug use. You already recognized it as a detrimental behavior, yet you condone it in this point. Prostitution is very frequently associated with drug use and addictions. Just by making something legal and removing the legal questions we won't erase the social problems associated with the behavior. Hand in hand with the drug culture is firearm violence. I can see the rise of the next generation of organized crime bosses. History will repeat itself.
