FWIW, in the three different times I've called Charter Arm's Customer Service number in the last 4 years, for two of those times the CA Prexy (Nick Ekers) answered the phone, and a CSR the 3rd time.
That said, I doubt ANY manufacturer would be wasting their time, answering anonymous/curiosity questions.
I've no doubt that it'd be a little different, if the questions came from a real customer, i.e. a CA product owner, while the customer was talking about his existing CA product.
