I terms of intrinsic mechanical accuracy I cannot tell you which is more accurate. Gun magazines only test one unit of a model anyway, which may not reflect on the entire production run.
In terms of human accuracy, the longer sight radius of the G35 will allow you aim more accurately and consistently.
As far as carrying, I know that large guns can be carried. You might think about methods of carry. If you will sit down while carrying, the longer barrel could get in the way.
