I understand that sentiment. My mother in law was there at one of our machinegun shoots the day after the 4th of July.

She asked "what was the point?". I just told her that 15 people were doing nothing more than firing about $2000 less "fireworks" off and having more fun than watching them blow up in the air.

That and the fact that very few can do it makes it something that folks want to do.

Look at it this way, can you say your kids Grandmother has ran a full auto?
