Topic's been beaten like a dead horse.
I swear by it. I load 300-400 large cal centerfire rounds- all bottleneck- at a time, no lube pad for me...
Spray liberally- from BOTH sides of the case loading tray, at a 45 degree angle to get plenty of lube in the case mouth for the expander ball.
Let dry one minute to let the solvents evaporate.
12,000 rounds or so, and counting....
