I've been using the Redding sets that include both the full-length and neck-sizing dies. Neck sizing will keep the brass stretching down. One doesn't usually need to full-length size brass after each firing in a bolt-action rifle. If you're going to use the ammo in more than one rifle, full-length sizing is better.

RCBS and Hornady die sets have also worked well for me. I've used some Lee dies for pistol cartridges.
