For carrying a J-frame IWB I have found every holster to be unacceptably thick. The absolute best solution I have found is to mate a Barami Hip-Grip with a Tyler T-Grip adapter. With an Airweight (or titanium) J-frame carried in this manner you sometimes forget the gun is even there.
