The public ranges in OH are pretty far away from Huntington, WV. (At least from what I could find.)

There is a Wildlife Management Area near Homestead, WV that might be closer. Not really sure if they would have a range but hunting is permitted there. There is a fishing area in WV that I know of (near me) that also has a 200 yd range. (No fees to use and unsupervised.) From what I can see from my topo map of WV, there is a fishing area/Wildlife Management Area near Huntington at Beech Fork Lake. They might have a range there too.
