For the most part, you're correct.
However, Justice Ginsberg has been quoted as having stated that a future, "wiser" court would overturn the bad precedent of
Heller. I'm not sure all of the libs on the court would go along with that, but I can see
Heller being limited, essentially, to the right to possess some type of handgun in your home, period.
November is important. Don't let anybody tell you it isn't, and don't let anybody talk you out of voting!
