There is a reason why there are so many of those 165 grain HS PD rounds . . . they suck.

Heck, 9mm rounds go up to 147 grains.

40Sw has some nice loads in the 155-165 range. ProLoad, Sabres, Gold Dots and the like.

!0mm even hotter and better.

In 45 ACP, the round doesn't really start to shine until the 185 and even better, best, the 200 grain LSWC round for bullseye shooters at 50 yards out.

Let some other chumps work on the anemic 165 grainers.

But for SD, if you want light, get the 200 grain Gold Dot JHPs. Flying ashtrays.

But that other stuff is like Tricks, for kids!
