Well, ASSUMING that somehow my pistol WAS seen and I was "made" by a pimple faced teenaged waiter, and assuming he DID come up behind me and get a two arm lock on me, I'd hurt him enough to convince him to let go VERY quickly.
Otherwise, my wife might well kill the poor idiot and that would be a shame.

Either way, releasing control of my pistol to ANYONE other than a sworn LEO in the course of carrying out his duty is not an option.
