Try a 225gr. Gameking, Win. 748, Fed.LR mag. in Win .358 cases. 1.5" at 100yds. form my pre.81 BLR. I would stay away from 250gr. loads if your shots will be over 150yds. Great for up close however. I've also had good luck with Win factory loads (200gr SilverTips) and 200gr Rem.with 4198. Which BLR do you have, pre.81 or the model 81? If it is a pre81 there some mag. problems you will need to address.
