Never go to a lgs for repairs . I would not except GM to fix anything right ,often. Or any other LGS.

Many guys have issues do to cleaning and lube or ammo or just don't have the experience to think thru a problem. Springs are allways a cheap upgrade and mag springs fix most mag problems. Polish the feed ramp once in a while to help to keep rounds feeding well.

I have bought a few handguns from disgruntled owners and so far none needed anything buy some TLC or ammo change.

We have two bersa 380CC's in the family and both I broke in with 500 rounds fired. Both of those bersa ssems to be some of the least picky about ammo choices of any handgun I have bought

Sorry Your having issues with yours but also glad it was not a new 1500 to 2000 dollar pistol that was junk out of the box as that happens more often than not today.

Contact EAGLE BERSA and let them deal with your problems. .
