Well, if you are shooting for competition at known distances with wind flags I'd go with Bart B.'s advice and stick with IMR 4350, it won't give you max velocity but it will be consistent.

If you aren't going for competition level accuracy at known distances, then IMR 7828 SSC is the way to go, or H1000 (the powder that NSWC Crane chose for the latest 300 Win Mag load for SOCOM).
