They are practically giving away the brass.

The 32 mag is the most pressure under rated cartrige I can think of.

To load a 32 mag till the brass sticks when ejecting, is to load to 2 or 3 times book pressures.

If some one handed me 4 guns: a 44 mag, 357 mag, 41 mag, and a 32 mag and asked me to calculate the max pressure each gun could take, the 32 mag would be on top. That's not what SAAMI says
