The HK Mark 23 and the HK USP .45 were designed around the same time and were made to take the heat. Though +P does obviously cause more ware than less potent loads these two handguns are for sure made to be able to go +P without a problem.
-- The more recent HK45 probably was built around the +P as well but I've not researched or shot one.
