Don't be overly impressed. The above post was just a document I put together over several years from cuts and pastes on different items someone else who knew what they were talking about posted. (grin)
I just copied it and tweaked it as I went along. Seems to work pretty well for getting most new folks in the ballpark quickly and is easy to post.
