Her in Ga the DNR had a special "population reduction" hunt at two parks and If I'm not mistaken they have two more planned for this year. I think they do it like a quota hunt (send in your name and they have a drawing). I can't imagine spending tax money to hire shooters when the idiots could MAKE money from license fees and such. Sounds about par for their course though.
