There's some movement in the Woollard v. Sheridan case (MD). I've linked in the docket, where you can "see" what's going on, in the OP.
Today, on the last day to file a response, Maryland has filed a MTD. They claim that the SAF has no standing (we knew this was coming
) and that Woollard didn't exhaust all States avenues of redress before filing in federal court.
