Winchester, Dynamit Nobel, Wolf and S&B all have soft point ammo in 7.62x54R.

The Wolf 200gr. is pretty darn accurate in my rifles. It looks like it's about $4.50/box of 20 at www.ammunitionstore.com

Surplus FMJ should run about .10 a round. Be aware that all surplus 7.62x54 is considered corrosive. It's not a big deal if you spend a minute cleaning the rifle properly right after shooting.
